Harnessing hope

Investors and partners are crucial to the sustainability of our organisation. Supporting Focus on iThemba is a form of transformational giving. These children will experience the role models of a mom and dad and strong family values, which they will in turn pass onto their families and communities. The impact that is made is significant as the solid foundation of love and opportunity has a ripple effect, reaching future generations and producing leaders of tomorrow.

Our 2012 fundraising priorities are to:

• sustain our current foster homes
• open our fifth foster home
• raise funds for an iThemba Academy teacher
• raise funds for 55 iThemba Academy scholarships

You can make a difference in helping us reach our goals. Consider being part of the challenge to harness hope by:

1. Actively participating by adopting Focus on iThemba as a personal charity and raising our awareness in your sphere of influence. A simple way to do this is to like our Facebook page and encourage others to do so (www.facebook.com/ithembakids)
   
2. Contributing towards the longevity of Focus on iThemba by providing financial support, sponsoring a child or supporting a specific project.
   
3. Engaging with us and sharing your ideas on how you or your organisation can become involved.

Focus on iThemba is an non-profit, public benefit (18a) organisation. Should you feel moved to support us your donation will be tax deductible. A Tax Certificate will be provided for inclusion in your tax return. Please notify us of any deposits made so that we can issue your tax certificate and acknowledge your generosity.
